Project Description

In the aftermath of the collapsing real estate bubble, The Steed Group launched a new property and land acquisition company to make homeownership a possibility to so many people. Buying, building, and offering new homes for homeowners that would normally not qualify for homes, this informational brochure encapsulated New Beginnings for many homeowners as they began to put the pieces pack together.
